This year-round cottage, built in 1984, is situated on the upper level of the Park, on a gigantic 72` by 115` lot - ready for a garage and extra guest housing. The second floor of the cottage has a large, open concept living room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings, and a sliding patio door leading out to the 10` by 32` second floor deck. The living room features a large, stone-veneered, high-end, natural wood-burning fireplace. This room is trimmed with wainscoting, and mahogany veneered support beams. The kitchen features European cabinets with oak trim, a fridge, stove, dishwasher, a double sink, and four bar stools. There is a dining room also, with a maple table and four matching chairs. There is a large ceiling fan, and chandeliers. As well, there is a small bedroom with bunk beds on the second floor, which is plumbed in for a bathroom if wanted.

The cottage is carpeted throughout with linoleum in the bathroom, main floor hallway, furnace room, and kitchen. The stairway to the second floor is carpeted and features a working stair-lift. The cottage is fully furnished, and all furniture, bedding, and linen will remain with the cottage. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. There is a wrap-around 10 foot wide deck surrounding the base of the cottage, and outside stairs leading from the lower deck to the second floor deck.
There are 10 windows (including two picture windows) on the second floor, and 6 windows on the main floor - all windows are double-paned. Most windows have a sash opening with screens. The cottage has a pile foundation with a two foot crawl space, features 2” by 6” wood framed walls, is super insulated, and is fully winterized. It has cedar siding, and asphalt shingles (replaced in 2007). The cottage exterior is finished with solid brown stain. Plumbing is primarily copper pipe with some PVC piping. The wiring is standard copper wiring, with a 200amp service. There is a 1,200 gallon septic tank. A 7 foot by 12 foot, detached, well-built shed (unheated) is located on the property about 25 feet from the cottage.
The grounds feature a graveled double driveway, lawn, bushes surrounding the property, and a variety of beautiful trees. Paved access roads exist throughout the park, garbage is picked up weekly, children`s parks exist on the upper and lower levels, and a swimming pool, concession stand, and a stunning beach are located on the lower level. There is a first class marina located a couple kilometers from the cottage. Also, there is a superb 9-hole, grass green golf course located in this Park - The Sage View Golf Course - one of the top five most beautiful courses in Saskatchewan.
